LLP- Limited Liability Partnership: Registration

  • Step-1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) [Doc- Required: PAN Card/ ID Proof of Partners , Address Proof of Partners , Residence Proof of Partners, Photograph, Passport (in case of Foreign Nationals/ NRIs) ]
  • Step-2: Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)
  • Step-3: Name Approval
  • Step-4: Incorporation of LLP

Pvt.Ltd Company: Registration

  • Step-1: Obtain DSC
  • Step-2: Apply for the DIN
  • Step-3: Application for the name availability
  • Step-4: Submission of MoA and AoA to register a private limited company
  • Step-5: Apply for the PAN and TAN of the company
  • Step-5: RoC issues a certificate of incorporation with a PAN and TAN

Society: Registration

  • 1: Society can be created by a minimum of 7 or more persons.
  • 2: Similar to Partnership firms, society can also be either unregistered or registered.
  • 3: Society registration is maintained by state governments.
  • 4:: For Society registration, the establishing members must agree with the name of society first.
